We do not offer cash/credit refunds nor exchanges, due to limited inventory and the likelihood that we will not have an exchange for you. Once we receive your return, we'll look it over and issue an account credit to be used on your next purchase. If you have a return, please contact us for instructions.
If you've received a defective or damaged item, we are so very sorry. Please email us at email@example.com, including pictures of the defect. We will take care of you.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item so we advise you to use a trackable service.
You can return items within 3 days of original delivery, according to our tracking. Items must be shipped back in sealed, waterproof package with original tags(if applicable).
All returned items must not be worn nor washed, and may not have any stains or odors.
You cannot return items that were sale items, damaged not of our fault, leggings, mystery items, holiday items or accessories.

All packages are shipped using USPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery within a 15 mile radius of our location on any local order $50+.
Orders will be delivered within 2 business days.
If you are local and would like your order prior to that, please choose delivery with a note stating you'd like to pickup.
Pickups are available Monday - Friday from 9am-7pm.
